I'm planning on attending, the East-West High School All-Star game at Louisville on Saturday and perhaps, try to watch the Showcase that morning at PRP.

 

I believe games are at 1:00 and 3:00, Saturday 24th.

 

Will anyone be attending either?

I know several names but not all. They had try-outs and evaluations last weekend, that narrowed down the list this week.

i thought this was the all star game that had 2 players from each region make it on the junior side and anyone who has signed D-1 or voted in by region on the senior side? don't the respective regions vote on their representatives?

The 16th region is being represented on the junior squad by Caleb Waugh of East Carter and Justin Moore of Boyd Co. The senior squad is being represented by Thomas Tolliver of Raceland, Tyler Gatrell of Boyd Co., Brandon Williams of Ashland and Chase Price of Rowan Co.

Was this an invite only try-out??

The 14th region is represented by SS Riley Hendrix, Leslie Co. and SS Keenan Muncy, Powel Co. Quinton Morgan signed D-1 which is an automatic invitation, he's from Leslie Co.
