I heard the same thing from a family member I know in London. Numerous Ivy League schools and others really wanted this kid (apparently amazing ACT scores including 1 section which was a perfect 36). However, I believe his brother just graduated from Notre Dame, he has always been a fan, and wants to be a golden domer. Good luck Mr Mattingly! :thumb:

First of all, I hope that everyone of these young men that have been listed have glorious collegiate careers.

Secondly, I don't care if they played for a team that I rooted for and disliked at the time...I will support them in their college endeavours.

Lastly, the ONLY time I will not root for any of these guys is when UK and UofL play each other. I wish Louisville all the success in the world but when they play my Wildats, I hope they get beat.

With all of that said.....GOOD LUCK TO EVERY KY HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL PLAYER THAT GETS TO FURTHER HIS PLAYING DAYS WHETHER IT BE IN D1, D1-AA, D2, D3 OR NAIA!!!!!

GO GET EM GUYS!!!!

Sorry, typo.

Sorry, typo.

No problem, there are also two other players from Dunbar going along with him to Murray State, QB-Chris Franklin and Sean O'Brien who was one of the kickers for the Kentucky All-Star team.

I agree with statman anytime a young man can continue his football career either D-1 or any college its great remember its an education first football second.
