Johnson Central/Belfry Updates

I think this a trend we will see statewide tonight. I wonder how many people will doubt JC after seeing the final score tonight. There's bound to be some who have no clue about the circumstances. :lol2:

Same script that has played out many years for Belfry including last year... and just like those years people will read into too much and JC will look great in November

Outside Region 4, District 8 - All of them!

Catron fumbles the punt and lucky to get on it.

Willis for 3 to 26, 2nd and 7

2nd man thru Catron and well defended by the NG, 3rd and 5 or 6

Pass caught and Woolum off to the races on jump ball, 74 yard TD BElfry

Your absolutely right, but if you get drilled like they are now you can go into the playoffs mentally shaken. Belfry is really big and good. They are taking it to JC right now.

It could cause problems mentally. But as you mentioned Belfry is really big. As I coach I would be more worried about physical injuries at this point than the mental aspect of it.

It was a jump ball that Woolum won

27-0 Belfry

1:24 in 1st

Wow.... did not expect this but will sure as heck take it HAHA

JC has 1 first down. Belfry has 1 first down. Problem is Belfry has 27 points and JC has 0. Running clock soon?

Ratliff return to 20, 1st and 10

Ratliff dive for 4, 2nd and 6

Recap for those checking the score and are shocked:

- JC missing a handful of starters including Workman

- Belfry with two long TD's and a pair of TD's on a short field

- Horton has been eating the JC Oline alive

END OF 1ST

Belfry 27

JC 0

Last play before Quarter Blanton dropped to pass..well covered and then snowed under at LOS as he tried to scramble, 3rd and 6

JC 11 plays, 26 yards

Belfry 11 plays, 215 yards (109 passing, 106 rushing)

Wellman nice tackle in open field, 4th and 2 JC

Ball rolls to B26..nice punt by Pack

False Start, 1st and 15

Corbett keep for a loss of 1, 2nd and 16

Willis chopped down by great open field tackle by Goble, 3rd and 12

Willis option pitch and nice gain of 10, 4th and 2
