Central Hardin 28 North Hardin 21

Featured Replies

Hats off to North they came to play tonight. Thought they were more disciplined than last couple games I had seen them play. That kind of effort will get them thru a round or two of the playoffs. Central won but it was more of a fight than I thought it would be. GO BRUINS!!!!

Central should make it to a rematch with McCracken County at McCracken County just like 2 years ago. Central won that one. Hope for same result again.

That would be a really good game.

I agree, k2002j. North was able to run the ball effectively on Central Hardin. Central was not able to contain QB Bankhead and RB Graves all night. Central escaped this one with a hard fought win. I have to say, standing in the south end zone that the pass for the second touchdown by North hit the ground and bounced back into the receivers arms, happened 10 ft in front of me. The line judge, 30 yards downfield made the call?

And the last play of the first half, Graves scored because he didn't step out of bounds as the ref marked him out at 1.. It all works out. I was impressed with the fight of North cuz all week I read on here that Central would beat them badly

Let's just say that officiating was poor in this game! Only 2 holding calls all night, one on each team, really? Not to mention letting a WR bow to the home crowd after catching the TD that actually hit the ground and not flagging him. But, NH played good team ball for almost 4qtrs then it was back to usual NH football.
