Manual @ PRP should be the most competitive IMO. Both are tough teams that have struggled at times this season. PRP ran all over St. X but comparing teams based on common opponents doesn't always come true.

What are some of the key matchups in that game? How does PRP and Manual match up on offense and defense?

PRP can run and Manual is big up front but I have to give the advantage in this game to the Panthers. It's a home game for PRP. Manual is pretty balanced offensively but not explosive at all. Maybe the Dr. can order some rhythm for his offense.

 

Also, Dorsey (UL commit) for Manual should have one of his best games. PRP might run away from him on the line but I think he can get penetration and make huge plays. The entire D is going to have to tackle well to beat PRP.

Lafayette is at number 11 according the Ranking Staff. Ballard is number 12 and Bryan Station is 13.

 

Now, for the sake of discussion: Lafayette got beat 70-14 by Trinity. And had 65 points put on them by Scott County.

Without their starting qb yes. You know what though they still won. You are conviently leaving out the fact PLD had won 3 straight going in to that game. Including a nice win over Anderson Co. and a dominating win over Eastern.

You have to realize that outside of Scott County the schools in that area have been less than an afterthought in 6A for a decade. They need to do more than have close losses and beating NKY teams to be considered relevant.
