What can be expected in 2006 from the Tigers,with the new beginning?

Of course it will take a period of time for transition, but Beechwood is Beechwood so it shouldnt take long.

We all know him quite well, he was an integral part of the prior staff. Not much is going to change other than Coach Yeagle not being there, and even that is nothing new.

Like I said Beechwood is Beechwood.

It will still be interesting to see just how things play out under new Head Coach Rash. You can say not much will change and that this is who everyone expected and wanted for the job but let a couple years slide by where they aren't playing for the title and lets see what song the Beechwood faithful start to sing. Their fans have gotten very spoiled and only tend to support a winner in their athletic programs. They have grown accustomed to being the best and Yeagle and Beechwood go hand in hand with each other. You don't think of one without the other. It was Yeagle who took them to this elite level and it was Yeagle who kept them at this elite level. Even with all the things that seemed to surround Yeagle in recent years it was still he who built this program into the dynasty it became and it will be extremely difficult for someone to continue it on. Always tough to follow a legend and in Ky football that is what Yeagle became.

Ah, good programs will always be good. What I see change are circumstances, new sports like soccer, businesses coming and going in an area. Mayfield had an awesome coach in Jack Morris, but his son has done fine in the short time he has coached. IMO, a head coach is nothing without a supporting coaching staff.

Sure Yeagle has had an outstanding support staff and in recent years it has been needed quite a bit but still Yeagle took this program to the very highest level and he will cast a very large shadow over the program and rightfully so. Until the new guy can prove he can maintain that level of excellence the natives will be keeping a very close eye on him and the program and let them slip in just the slightest and we will see what is being said on here then. I wish the new coach the best but he has some incrediblily large shoes to fill.

As most have said, Beechwood is Beechwood - but, you can never convince me they will be the same Beechwood without Yeagle.
