Ryan and his party are catching a LOT of heat from the base and those that speak for the party. Not happy with the Omnibus Budget Bill that was just passed.

 

Rush has said there is no longer a true R party. He said we now just have "republicrats." Twitter is filled with people on the right who are unhappy.

Talked with long time insider on this last night.

 

Ryan had really no choice but to 'go with the flow' and pass this. He has only been in the job a few weeks and McConnell refuses to use Reids 'Nuclear Option' and pass things with only 51 votes.

 

Ryan reluctantly took the job and nohting recally could be done in the short time he had. The deals were already done and no one was going to rock the media boat or political boat on this. This spending bill goes through September. At that point in time a simple 'continuing resolution' will be done to get past the election. That is how this plays out in 2016.
