John Hardin stands apart from their 4A Top Ten brethren in playing out of class this week, hosting 6A Meade County. A year ago the Green Wave got the best of a struggling Bulldog team 27-25, their first victory over John Hardin in 11 years after many close games. The common opponents this year are PRP and Warren Central. PRP blew out both, but John Hardin got the victory over Warren Central while Meade County took a running clock loss. It seems hard to believe that much of a margin can be closed, but stranger things have happened. Any hope for Meade?

John Hardin takes this one and finishes this first 6 game gauntlet at 3-3 and a 2nd seed in Class 6A District 2 (a little fun there). Looking at their schedule before the season, I thought there was an outside chance of getting to 4-2 and they were close.

A loss to PRP who has only lost to Trinity. South Warren who is dismantling everybody and a Central Hardin team who has lost to aforementioned South Warren and Boyle County.

Not exactly three losses that should result in a lack of street red (speaking in general terms). They've played a loaded deck for sure.

John wins this one handily. They will be 3-3 heading into district play where they will dominate and be the #1 seed heading into the playoffs.

Hoss, when would a rematch with South happen? third week of playoffs or 4th?

John Hardin has too many skills with speed. 1 big play and Meade down 6-0. Meade s best chance is grown and pound with a little tightend release and hope John Hardin plays poorly.

Purple88, it would be the 4th round, where John would usually meet BG in the past. John would have to get past the district with Shelby County, North Oldham, Collins, Spencer County, and Franklin County I believe. I just don't see any of those teams beating JH at the end of the year.

Having seen both teams play this season (ironically against Warren Central)...John Hardin. If Meade can control time of possession, it won't be a running clock. If Meade can't move the football at all...John ROLLS to a running clock.

IF MEADE CONTROLS THE CLOCK:

JH- 35

Meade- 10

IF JOHN DOMIMNATES

JH- 49

Meade- 0

I don't see any of those teams beating John either especially at home! Good luck to the Bulldogs!

Is the big transfer playing yet and if he is how good is he .what do you think there chances are against SW?
