Yes. The game went another 4-7 minutes after the 40 minutes expired. Early in the second half the time was stopped to tend to NCC's keeper who was injured. Longest extra time I have seen in quite a while.

I'm confused I thought NCC's "superior" conditioning was going to be a huge factor this year and especially at this point in the season.

No worries, NCC's upcoming games should allow them to right the ship. Anything less then a 5-0 finish would have to be considered a disappointment, correct?

There has been several injuries to NCC players preventing them to play or even dress. Center back and leading scorer have both missed several games. As I recall it was one persons opinion that the conditioning was going to play a role in the season not the rest of the NCC faithful.

I feel bad for NCC players/supporters, the shenanigans of one, has done way too many people no favors.

Are Liles and Randle injured? Hopefully they are back in time for the post season, from what I can see they have only missed 2 matches so far, is this correct?

Yes, I was actually avoiding BGP for a while because it was no longer worth getting in conversations about the program. Randle is out with injury and I do not know when he will return, Grosser was involved in a collision last evening, Liles is out for academics reasons and will return soon hopefully, chad brewer had staples put in a head injury but has played on but cannot head the ball.

Despite the injuries and other issues it has actually been an ok last few weeks. Ties against Conner, Brossart, wins against highlands and boone with a bad loss to north hardin mixed in. Overall considering the injuries and the fact that this is a pretty average NCC team, I will take it.

Hang in there wayoffsides, still 3 weeks away from the reel season.

Hey soft schedule but only cov cath ahead of us right now. Sitting at 9 wins 2 draw and 3 losses.

I would rather have a hard schedule and yes you might lose more... but hopefully the teams learns from that competition and level of play. Because come post season everyone starts at 0 wins.

I agree 100% that a harder schedule is beneficial. Unfortunately they failed to contact me when creating this years matchups.

My point was that even with this schedule I did not expect these results. I was anticipating a record closer to 7-7. The boys have given good effort to get where they are.

You've mentioned this about a million times now. Only ONE person had made this claim consistently and yet you still harp on it. We get it - you don't like NCC. You will find reasons to attack them. That's great. I hope it makes you feel better about yourself. But this constant belittling about "conditioning" is ridiculous. Can you just let it go, or will the complex prevail?

Have to admit that I always thought of Conner as a football school and not so much a soccer school. Silly me. Conner has put together a nice soccer program. Wend is a strong opponent. Don't sleep on Conner!

That's not good for Boone who has 5 GA in one district game...

It was a momentary lapse for about five minutes in the match. Nothing to be concerned about. ;)

All of Boone County thinks this same way. It is made known that we play soccer on the football field, they do not play football on the soccer field. This is especially clear when it rains and soccer games are cancelled while football games play on or when discussing the condition of the field at mid season when "the soccer" team is held responsible for messing up the field. If you call it a "pitch" they think you have switched the topic to baseball. (These remarks concerning the field do not apply at Ryle)

I nu I could count on u, eye noticed the bad grammer after I posted but left it two sea if ne one wood notice....

While it may be the truth, I don't think this was neseccary to mention.
