Iloka also needs a blanket party. PacMan should be suspended based on what has happened in the past with him and others. We'll see if the NFL's cajones are locked up in Brady's safe deposit box or if he gave them back. If PacMan isn't suspended then the NFL once again takes a credibility hit IMO.

Garunteed one thing is for sure. If this was Cooper's 5th year and already established the NFL would treat him like a star and the penalty and fine would be even worse.
