He broke Ashlands all time rushing record last night. That's pretty remarkable when you consider the time he's missed due to injuries.

His freshman year I think he was out for multiple games, wasn't he? Before the season I added up his total yardage for his career and with another 200 yard game I'm assuming he has 4700 yards at least all time, what was the alltime record?

Baker also missed quite a few snaps last night due to cramping.

Baker rushed 31 times for 240 yards and 2 TD last night.

It was also good to see Drew O'Bryan used more on offense last night. He had a receiving TD last night.

I like the Dowdy kid. He has some speed and makes some nice runs, but I would like to see them give Ratliff the majority of the snaps. I just believe the offense has more potential with his arm.

I have to give Coach Love and his staff credit. GW had a lot of talent. They had big, fast receivers, a QB that could throw, and a very good running back. They have a lot of talent at the skill positions, but the Cats pulled out the win.

I forgot to mention I was really impressed with Jaylen Taylor for Ashland. The little man was all over the place last night, and delivered some big hits. He reminded me a lot of a guy that I played with in Toby Tolbert.

Taylor is full of energy, on and off the field. During the Raceland game I noticed him going up and down the sideline getting the kids fired up when he wasn't in the game. This team seems to have energy and chemistry that I haven't seen in a while.

Their going to need every bit of it this week against the Devils

He also missed 1 game last year because of the flood on the opening week.
