That appears to be too much to ask for most teams these days. Ashland needs to look at playing one of the Huntington schools instead of a Charleston school.

It will most likely, because the rain/lightning is about to end. I still doubt the game will be played though. Looks like we may miss this one by 10 minutes.

Let me know what happens. I know Ashland will offer to pay for them back down and if GW refuses then we may see this game never happen again.

Lightning and thunder stopped just before 930. Will the game be played? I sure hope so. The storms have moved south and should not effect the rest of the game

If that's the case I'm sure GW has the busses warmed up and ready to roll. It's quiet here in Ashland right now, with no storms in the area. Hats off to GW if they stay and play the game. If they don't, its time to start looking at Huntington High and Cabbell Midland.
