Can the defending 2A champs knock off 5A Fairdale?

Running clock for the Colts!

I'll predict 28-7 in favor of the Colts. Three TDs seem about right as they will be getting back into form after their losses from last year.

Still, that Meade County scrimmage does suggest a bigger score gap is possible.

Colts 28-7. The offense is still very much a work in progress, but the defense is legit and already in mid-season form.

Having watched DeSales last weekend at Meade...I'm going with a DeSales run-away. Not many 2A teams have the depth of DeSales which bodes well for them in this match-up with a bigger classification team. 42-10 DeSales.

Colts start off the season with another big win

Does Fairdale still have that big quarterback? That boy can throw the football.
