OpieTaylor
Where the tradition started... ....and I think tradition is the reason as to why there has never been a huge emphasis on advertising it. I think from its humble beginning, it was never intended to be a big spectator show, but rather an opportunity for some guys to get together and play some hoops, pure and simple. The fact that they've been able to attract some bigger names in recent years is just icing on the cake. Hope they don't change a thing.

BirdBrain
From what I understand, you have the right of it. Friends playing some summer hoops. These type of games (leagues) are huge draws in Cincy during the summer…and since it's off season I would have loved to have seen some of it
Slim859
Why didn't Chris and Darius play? Darius Miller played in the Shelvin Mack Shootout at the KBA this past weekend. Kenneth Faried and former Oldham county star Donta Smith also played.

Big Slick
Even with a little promoting on social media or such and maybe a local church or charity have a bake sale or sell water and make a little money. This event is too good to not be brought to the publics attention. I've only been once and saw an amazing championship game, but would try to make arrangements to catch it if possible again in the future.
