July 21, 201511 yr Maybe some of the 90 year residents of Campbell Co finally went to their Final Resting Place and some younger wage earning people took their place in Campbell County. I believe I read somewhere that Campbell Co has one of the lowest "turnover" rates in the USA. In other words, people born there tend to stay there their whole lives.
July 21, 201511 yr I'm curious. Does anyone know if these numbers are net or gross household income? Typically these are reported as Gross Household Income. Believe it or not, these numbers are what are keeping about 3% of people of Campbell County without a water system. People make just a little too much to get a good grant application made.
