July 13, 201511 yr Rough here in Covington. All my deck furniture on the upper deck went flying. Torrential rain and strong winds. Lost power for 15 minutes, surprised it returned that quickly, but thankful. Just nasty stuff.
July 13, 201511 yr I'm in LA (Lower Alexandria AKA Claryville). We were in the heart of it for a while. Nasty stuff. I was at Castrucci in Alexandria when the torrential rain and wind hit. It blew all the doors open and I couldn't believe the amount of water that came in the showroom in the few seconds it took for someone to run up and lock the doors. We all had to get in the public restrooms for about a half hour. Saw a lot of cars bouncing.....of course I told one of the sales guys if a mustang got damaged I'd buy it as is for a big discounted price. He said, "why all our cars are discounted." To which I replied, "Right."
