For the record I would vote against it. Nothing personal and nothing to do with current potential playoff positioning. i just think it's a scoring option that should not be considered. Just my opinion.

 

If the decision is made to give you the points, then that's a call made by the commish and we'll all roll with it.

I need to revise my early statement. Went with the knee jerk reaction instead of giving a little more thought.

 

i should have and meant to say it should certainly be reviewed and considered for addition to the scoring system.

 

With that said I would oppose having it changed in Week 13, where in some cases the playoffs have already started.

Of course you are going to vote against it. You guys are all good friends and you are going to agree with them.. I was asking Godot as the commissioner and it should not matter who I am playing.

I think it should be counted. I agree with you. A TD is a TD. Period. If Cobb had thrown the TD he'd get 4 points. Doesn't make sense that he recorded a TD and it doesn't count.

I think Cobb's fumble recovery TD isn't counting for some odd reason.

I agree it sucks and should be addressed for the future, but were there any other recoveries that didn't count this season by offensive players?

I don't know off the top of my head. That would take researching every box score from every game so far this season.

 

I think it should count now because other websites are honoring the TD. I assumed that fumble TDs were counted. This is the first time I can remember them not counting. They don't happen that often at all. I play in around 6 leagues this season and no player that I own has had a fumble recovery for a TD. I'd know if they had one and it didn't count.

I'll defer to the rest of you. It honestly doesn't make a difference to me. If I had to vote, I'd vote no.

I'm going to defer to the rest of you also. If I had a vote it would be yes. Doesn't make sense for a TD to not count.

Same thing goes here. Get a majority to approve it. These rules were voted on by the group and it will take a vote to change it.

I hope everyone sees my stance. I agree it should be a TD, but as Commissioner I can't just change it.
