USA 5 Japan 2 - Women's World Cup Finals

That was amazing to watch! Our girls came out with fire from the very beginning and kept it throughout the match. Just incredible.

The celebration made me feel extremely proud. God I love this country.

Amazing that it's been 16 years since the last US win...they have won several Olympics since then, but first WC since 1999

It was fun watching that onslaught. Game set a record for viewers of a soccer game.

Did I hear right that more people tuned in than any game of the NBA Finals?

I watched it and every other USWNT match, and I didn't watch 5 minutes of the NBA all year. I refuse to fund a penny of the "let's get high league".

Do you watch the NFL?

Very little...actually I don't take the time to watch a lot of sports except for US soccer, some golf and UK football and U Memphis sports...and the NCAA basketball tourney to some extent....and horse racing every chance I get.
