July 2, 201511 yr It is difficult to have bad neighbors. Sounds like you have communicated to them in a rational way and been patient. I recommend staying that course and don't do something that gets you in trouble or is inhumane. What if you buy a $10 pooper picker upper, present it to the neighbor and ask them to pick up their dog's poop?
July 2, 201511 yr Neighbor on the other side marks his dogs poop with little orange flags and goes back and picks it up after it as cured a little bit. I have got to admit when I first saw the little orange flags in his yard I thought a new pipeline was coming through. Funny, but if you're going to put marker flags on the drop zone, why not just go ahead and save the step ? That may be pathological..
