It's just frustrating when females area allowed to do what they want in these situations, and then when a male loses his temper AFTER the female, he is made into the villain.

He can lose his temper without hitting her. His actions show he is way too impulsive and he'd have done something stupid eventually. It also tells me he has hit a woman before.

We should look as negatively upon women who hit men as the other way around. May sound silly to some, but that's the way I feel. Slapping a man is one thing, punching him is an entire different story.

I've been slapped, punched and kicked by multiple women. We can never hit them back. Ever. All you can do is call 911 and file assault charges. I never said people can't look at them negatively. Go for it. He lost way more than her and it was all over a spot at the bar. He has to be way smarter than he showed in the video.

Again, I'm not disagreeing with you at all about his actions or the consequences. He deserves all of that. My beef is that her part of the altercation is ignored, as is the case most of the time.

The only reason we know about it at all is because of who he is. I wonder how she'll be treated if she is an athlete at FSU. She's been taking a ton of criticism on social media. TMZ posted a new story asking if she should be charged because so many of the comments in the video posting blamed her.

What should she be charged with, self-defense? He grabbed her. That's the initial "assault", if you will. Her attempting to strike him was a direct reaction of that.

I was thinking he hit her for no reason. But after seeing her throw the first punch she deserved it.

Did anyone else notice that he had a firm grip on her right wrist. She cannot break free from his grasp. Her swing at him with her left looks like her "fight back" because she cannot break free from him. So then he smacks her with his right hand whole still hanging on to her left wrist.
