I like what Midland does for their kids... Also have to say that Bluegrass, Colonels and At the Yard have done a nice job helping talented ball players around this region.

 

I didn't say they didn't. My response was to the ridiculous post implying that BW was all about the Midland kids and somehow those 3 kids were to bear this burden. Oh, and all the while praising the coaching staff who also have been there in tact for all 3 years. Two of those kids got their base playing for Brad Slusher and the Jaxx, the other for Jeff Trame and the NKy Braves. Yet every year somebody posts a post like that one about Midland.

I was agreeing with you... Just pointing out a few more organizations that also put together solid teams and promote their players.

It is high school sports people....Beechwood has a fine coach and staff as does Boone County.

 

Only part for me that I think is funny is in the off season it will rev up again about super duper Midland ball and how great those guys are. Maybe the best Beechwood players always play their best against better select ball competition. Having said that I really like the Combs kid as a player.

I have to laugh also. Although I'm a huge Beechwood fan, they are my fav team behind Cooper, in every sport as it was my high school etc. but I also get a chuckle over every year about how great Midland is.

 

Sorry, Midland is a good team but the promoters of them on this site gets entertaining during the AAU season.

Not sure how Beechwood's lack of success in the post season reflects on Midland simply because they share some players.
