Raceland's first team has won their pool, 4-0. Beat Ironton handily, Greenup's second team, Boyd's first team, and Sheldon Clark's second team. Headed to the tournament as a 1 seed.

Heard Salmons is doing way with the two-a-days and combing the two practices into a 4 hour practice. Sounds idiotic to me.

There are lots of new rules concerning multiple practices on a day. I am sure that is why he is making changes.

Well, there are some days that they go for about 3 hours. I was incorrect about the change being permanent. There are also some other days that they do indeed do two-a-days. So, I guess yet could be a little of both. I hate that they have changed the rules. It's football for Peat sake. I understand "heat strokes" and crap but come on. It's supposed to be hard.

I'm pretty sure they're practicing at 6 PM this week; probably until around 8:30-9 PM.

That's just wrong. C'mon, give me something, lol. Besides .... I am not going to be at practice, which at one time I made some of those .... they are teenagers after all and even if I could get a day without all the heat / humidity (which are #1 enemy of people with M.S.) I am not sure that they are ready for that.
