So question about trading before the draft. I have Luck, Gronk, and Lacy. If I traded one of them for a draft pick, would I still be able to keep the other two? Or would the one I traded count as one of my two keepers?

My two cents.....You can only keep two players. A draft pick is not considered a player.

I think as long as the pick is for the third round or later I think it's OK, I believe in the past they said there was a hard fast rule that after the 2nd round no one has more than 2 players. But I may have misremembered.

No you cannot. You can't have more than two players on your roster after the 2nd round is complete.

 

Unless I'm mistaken, the earliest pick you can get in a trade is a 3rd rounder because of that rule. If I'm remembering right.
