^ this is still besides the point. Yes, we all know there are double standards between what Republicans/conservatives can and cannot say and what Democrats/liberals/progressives can and cannot say.

 

The point is that attacking kids is wrong and the fact that Bill Maher does it ought to give you a clue of how classless it is. He certainly should not be anyone's model for civility.

 

Now where were we regarding the OP and its legitimate corollary discussions?
