Which ever source is correct, you gotta love the tenacity of these Cardinals.

Yes you do.

They are doing it again tonight

We need a season thread on the Cards

Cards are 19-6, their best start to a season ever.

As we like to say in Mayfield "It's All in the Cards!"

I'm really not sure what to think about this team. It just doesn't seem like they should be this good but they keep getting it done. Pitching has struggled the last two nights and the offense has stepped up big. That won't happen every night so they need to get the starting pitching in track.

ERA before last night was 2.21 or something like that.

8-0 since Wainright went down

Crazy.

They are one of the best teams in professional sports with the "next man up" mantra. Whether they let a guy go to free agency or lose someone to injury.

ERA for the bullpen is 1.44. Reds just a tad behind them.
