I also didn't make any absurd claims. All I said from the beginning is exposure is also a big part of being recruited DI. Not really sure how that is absurd and if you did know anything about how recruiting works you would know that. I also didn't make any claims about the %'s although you said it's only 1% with zero facts to back you up.

They will only come and watch ONCE they have a kid on their radar. most of the time that comes through Camps and Combines etc as well as videos. Not sure why that is so hard for you to understand. Just like they all have contacts on the ground in areas they work, and those contacts tell them about ALL of the guys that have next level potential.

 

Remember I know how recruiting works at every level because that's my job. 99.9% of the players with D1 talent are at some point evaluated by D1 coaches. You can ride on the .1%.

I was talking about very specific things. Here, I'll go slow.

 

I said there are roughly 1 in 100 kids at the DIII level that could be D1 scholarship level players. That's 1%.

 

I also said there are 1 in 10,000 kids that completely fall through the cracks. That is to your point of all the kids with the size, speed and talent to get recruited at the D1 level, but are simply missed by each and every D1 coach out there recruiting.

 

The .1 is the level of kids not only worth of one of 85 scholarships, but actually able to see the field.
