I don't think the Reds could score with four walks.

Reds miss a golden oppurtunity to win it with bases loaded and Bruce at bat

 

Don't forget Frazier and Phillips both hit before Bruce with the same chance. Phillips got the walk but there was a grooved fastball he didn't pull the trigger on and took for a strike.
