Nice win for the Colonels in the LIT...Holian sp? went the distance....very nice outing for him after 10 days off. Colonels started slow, 2 errors, 1 hr down 2-0 before they swing....Tierney had a good night, Blazewski continues to hit...and others....

I understand that CCH called up FROSH Brandon Nutini to the varsity in case they need him to pitch this weekend.

 

Good for Brandon. Its nice to see good things happen to good kids and Brandon is top notch.

Not sure that is the case, but what might be the case, or at least from what I have been told, is that some of the Frosh, are just that good...

The fact is that 1. The freshman on Varsity are that good. 2. On CCH's JV team there are 8 everyday starting Freshman and have only 1 loss. 3. Its not the Juniors are bad casue there are 2 Juniors in the Rotation and 4 everyday starters not counting Bleser.

The juniors are not very deep and a lot of sophmores quit I believe.
