Race card, woman card you like to play cards.

You're in a foul mood this morning. In frequenting these "news of the day" boards for two years now, it is quite apparent that some of those who represent the conservative side of the equation have a problem with women in authority. Just stating the obvious in post 11. It also should be pointed out that elementary schools across the country are dominated by female teachers and female administrators.

You seem to have a problem with women in positions of authority.

No I dont.

BUT.

The Principal is a woman, correct. If it was a male, I would just say this guy in charge is an idiot.

I'm not following you. Are you saying if this was a male principal, no one here would have batted an eye at the decision to make this kid change his haircut?

I'm just trying to clarify your position: Are you saying there's no way you'd let your kid get the military haircut or no way you would cave to the administration and shave his head to get rid of the military haircut?

No way I'd cave, particularly given the reason he got the military type haircut.

Gotcha. I thought that was what you were saying; just wanted to make sure and not assume. :thumb:

I have never seen a single quote from a conservative that would indicate that he/she has any type of problem with women in authority. I have seen quotes from conservatives and liberals that indicate they have a problem with certain women in authority. You really do like to go overboard when it comes to conservatives, don't you?

Agreed.

My goodness. Better see an optimist and get different reading glasses.

Why would he talk to an optimist about glasses? :banghead: :lol2:

Dont we need to see what the schools hair policy is first?

Glad you enjoyed my punny joke.

The district said there is no policy prohibiting military haircuts.

I suggest you take a reading comprehension course, would do wonders for you. Of course you would still have to work on that bias you have but at this point I don't think there's any hope for you.
