Yea Purples...

Chase Porter leads Elliott County with 15 points & 5 rebounds. 8th grader Korbin Spencer tosses in 11 points for the Lions.

Purples roll on to the Quarterfinals!

Was this the best team from Elliot County's region?

They are not the best, they just won the regional tournament. I hate to see this score, but it didn't surprise me?

16th was down as a whole. Elliott was juts outmatched against BG.

Go BG! Jones is not even a starter and just a soph, like Taylor. Hasn't DeAngelo Wilson been a past sophomre starter this year? Bowling Green may be primed to be the 4th region boss for the next couple of years. I hear Jones was an Adair county basketball player in middle school. Please come home, Mr. Jones! LOL!

Congrats to Bowling Green!! Good luck the rest of the way. Just a horrible performance for the Lions. Played like they should have and for their first trip to Rupp with that group the inexperience showed. Hopefully they can get back and grow from it. Great season!!

I was really wrong about this game. Thought it would be close, and it was a beat down. Congrats to Elliott Co on a very good season.
