This year marked Bardstown's best season since 2008, the last time they won 20 games. In early February, they scored an 8-point win over Nelson County, the first time NC had lost to a district opponent in five years, a span of 48 games.

Holy Cross does NOT matchup well with Etown. Boley and Cleaver are more skilled and more athletic than the Holy Cross post players. Guard play is probably a tossup.

While the old saying anyone can be beat on a given night is true, especially in basketball, I just don't see it happening. Elizabethtown has everything: size, strength, speed, shooting, great defense, athleticism, etc. They are the total package and I don't see anyone beating them.

This is a repeat of the year Marion County went undefeated and won the Sweet sixteen. The only team that can possibly beat E'town is E'town themselves.
