Sorry to hear this...very popular player in his day and after. On a side note, am I the only one not used to hearing "black latino"? I thought it was just latino...

Minnie Minoso was one of two players in MLB history to appear in a Major LEague game after receiving a HOF vote. The other was our very own Jose Rijo.

Appeared in the majors in 5 decades.
