February 23, 201511 yr My wife and I were on our way back from our celebratory trip to Costa Rica when we stopped at the hamburger place we usually do at Hartfield (Atlanta). I struck up a conversation with a big guy next to me about having teenagers and such. He said that he had 4 kids in college and 1 close to being there. I offered to buy him his meal as a joke. Got further into the conversation and guy says that he is heading for Canton, OH for work. I said that the only thing in Canton is the Hall of Fame and asked him if he was associated. He said through his company. I asked where he was from and finally put it together. I was sitting right next to Will Shields and he had a HofF meeting to attend. Absolutely great person. My wife was unimpressed by his athletic accomplishments but loved hearing about how upset his wife was by their son's neck tatoo. That son is Willy Cauley Stein. He is the epitome of class and professionalism.

February 23, 201511 yr Isn't that kind of a "Blind Side" story, Willie moved in with the Shields while in High School. Willie I read has no relationship with his dad and now calls Shields Dad. That is a great story, though.
