I rewound it. It may have been a travel. Hard to tell because of the graphic blocking his feet. It looked like to me he caught the ball, then shuffled BOTH feet, THEN dribbled.

Here's the thing. Cal has young teams. They aren't good shooting free throws early. As the season goes on and they get coached up and work on it, they get better.
