That does seem odd. Maybe they're not officially reporting to the ADI; but someone has a connection.

 

Or maybe East Carter thinks that their bread is buttered by the press and not the Association.

Coach Baker is a heck of a guy, but I'll admit he's cut from a different vine. Not sure why of his lag on Stat reporting .

If the penalty would be $100 per game for non-reporting, East Carter's total would now be $2,200.

 

That vine had better have some expensive grapes that he could sell.
