I did,,still hard to believe.....

You footing this bill for every H.S. in KY? Obviously some schools would have no problem scratching that off, but some others would find it daunting.

 

A set of shot clocks would cost anywhere from $2,000 for a basic model mounted on the backboards to $5,000 for one attached to the scoreboards. Each clock must include a red light and a distinct horn. Installation, wiring and an extra worker at the scorer’s table to operate the clock for varsity, junior varsity and freshman games would further compound costs.

I agree, Very hard to believe.

The excuse of four games in a week seems weak to me.

 

When I was a player, I would have loved having four game in a week, it meant less practice.

 

I guess this coach would want no part of the KHSAA Sweet 16. I have a hard time believing this score.

I wonder if it's possible that the winning team was so much better than the losing team, that they saw this is an option to running the score up ? Just a thought. I can't imagine any coach, regardless of how good or bad the team is, thinks that a 2 - 0 lead is solid enough to pull the ball out. Got to be something more to this whole thing.
