January 18, 201511 yr Mike Anderson refused to shake Andy Kennedy's hand at the end of the game. I know Anderson was upset with the refs, but what did Kennedy do to warrant that?

January 18, 201511 yr Author I read somewhere that Kennedy said that Anderson cane back and shook his hand after he talked to someone. It looked like when Andy went to shake Mike's hand, Anderson was talking to somebody, probably a ref (He was really upset at the refs). Andy waited, got Mike's attention and just before they were to handshake, Anderson turned away, again. Andy went OK and proceeded shaking the other coaches hands and so forth. Just looked odd to me.
