Final from Mt. Sterling.

Lincoln went up by as many as 12 points before Mason County realized they had a dominant player in the paint & started getting him the ball. Dorian Henry led a strong comeback, but it wasn't enough.

Jacob Conway leads Lincoln with 17. Dorian Henry leads all scorers with 18 points & adds 14 rebounds. He only shot the ball 8 times & hit 6 of them.

I was afraid the jump shots would stop falling. Good learning lesson... tomarrow at practice O'hern ... "guys this is mr Henry"

First loss of the year for Mason County.

Mason County did this many times last season(against Augusta especially) when they had not only Henry, but O Mara and Shawn Johnson and didn't feed the inside nearly enough. I'm sure Lincoln surrounded him with 2-3 players constantly, not for sure how Lincoln matches up with Mason County height-wise

You are correct on this being a recurring deal for Mason County.

Lincoln was in a 2-3 zone for most of the time I was listening.

If you're only going to get 8 shots for Dorian Henry, your guards better be lighting it up from outside. That wasn't the case for Mason County.

Lincoln just finds a way to win. These guys have always done it and they are extremely well coached.

An opposing big that can score is always a problem for Lincoln.

Sounds like it was a good game. Congrats to Lincoln County on the win; and the comments are correct - feed it to the big guy when the perimeter shots aren't falling. Henry is money inside.

One of my favorite teams to watch play.Timmy Taylor is so much fun with the rock in his hands, makes for great entertainment.
