This was a really good team from Cleveland. Solid win cordia has a nice team.

Great news. Any details? Was hoping that they'd play Clay County in the Webster County tournament because I thought it'd be a game that could benefit both teams could get a lot out of, but apparently they didn't end up meeting. Their scores against common opponents looked to be fairly close though.

On the khsaa website it says Cordia beat Joppa-Maple Grove, IL??

They did have a kid committed to Ohio state to play football for what its worth. Keta had a nasty put back jam over 3 guys. Btw joker cordia is going to play clay co either feb 2nd or 3rd.

How many more games does Cordia have left this season?

Will they be competing in the All A?

Great to hear. Hard to replicate the athleticism you'll face state-wide when you have to play a schedule confined to the mountains. Win or lose, I'm glad to hear that Clay County is stepping up to take the challenge and will be playing a team that will contest them in a way that helps them out come tournament time. Hope it's a great game.

They can play 15 games total with no postseason games.

They've now played six games with a couple more coming up in tournaments. They've got four regular season games remaining, although I'm guessing they'll try to add a couple more. I'd also expect them to NOT play in the All "A" Classic.

The all a committee says cordia did not turn in its paperwork or pay their membership. That is the reason they are not in. The principal says he sent it in but they claim they don't have it lol. They could not keep them out any other way and they knew it. Each team pays dues every year this is NOT an invitational tournament. Like they originally tried to claim. Either way either the principal did not send in the paperwork or the all a confidently lost it.

There were threats of legal action following the appeal hearing or whatever. Is that still happening? I haven't heard anything else about it since then.
