I put Beverly as a career thing and because of what he's been able to do during the AAU seasons as much, if not more, than anything else. I do see why people would want to include Broughton and/or Smith in the discussion though if we're just talking about this year and holding things in a vacuum.

 

I just think individually these 2 are better than Beverly and CVH. Both putting up big numbers and have D1 offers and D1 schools looking hard. I don't think either is in the top 10 but if you are including Beverly and CVH then I think you must include Smith and Broughton.

Gaines can play with the best of them... Because he is not getting the college looks doesn't mean he is not a top player in the state. The kid can play ball but I think he needs balance in his life. Hope he picks it up to make it to the next level.
