I am also disappointed that your coach saw as much disapproval with a particular referee. It is usually we that feel the frustration of his flamboyant calls. #not surprised I would have liked to see your best player given the benefit of a doubt on some close calls. It always makes me uncomfortable when the refs take the most talented players out of the game.

Well I try not to tear down officials. It's hard to do sometimes. Those guys work hard too. With that said there were some questionable calls on both sides. But Im ok with it until it stops being consistent on both sides.

Best of luck rest of the season P-Bears!

I am looking foward to watching KCC make its run to Rupp. I'll be shocked if they do not make it.

What does KCC look like next season when they visit Brooksville? I heard a lot of familiar names at the end of this game for KCC, but didn't recognize Cameron Jones(8th grader?), he got a lot of mention on the radio. What is his story? Height? Position? the next Justice?

From what i remember he was the tall 8th grader. Had some meat on him too looked to be 6'2"-6'3" bout 200lbs. Looked like a solid kid and good player. Had a couple KCC folk tell us that the future of the program was on the floor most of the 4th.

Polar bear if bracken has anything returning next year they should put one on knott. Knott will take a huge step back next season. They will be decent but nothing special.

LOL

And they will be led by a former lion......

What yall seen Friday will be the same team next season. We only have one senior this season. Three juniors and 7 Sophmores. We start 4 Sophmores and a junior this season. We will take our lumps this season but still be competitive but next couple years we should excel.

Knott will be an outstanding shooting team next season from top to bottom Austin Combs, Drew Shrum, Isaac Caudill, Dalton Cornett, the Couch twins Gannon and Branson, Landon Noble, Caleb Trent, all are high percentage shooters. Cameron Jones is 6'5 and growing. Patriots will be alright.

I'm going to try to keep up with the Jones kid. Has potential to be special. 6'5" eighth grader. He's gonna be a beast in a couple yrs.

Jones was QB on Middle School football team that went 14-1 this season.

Scoring for the game

Bracken:

Crawford 27

Engues 6

Hamilton 3

Lippert 2

Who is this Engues kiddo? Is this one of the rumored UHA - Miles - African connection??

I heard miles had the foreign exchange student connects from way back in the university heights days.

My bad it spelled Engnes. Cooper Engnes. Sorry he's been enrolled at Bracken since kindergarten. Don't know where you are going with that my friend but all the kids on the roster are homegrown kids. :idunno:
