So I was going through making predictions for the 5th region (I'm covering it this year) and seen on Washington County's schedule that they are suppose to play Somerset in the 12th Region All "A" classic. Last season they were in the 5th region.

Am I missing something?

Good question. Not sure how they ended up against Somerset in the All A Classic.

Washington County is still very much in the 5th Region, so beats me.

Maybe a mis-add on the teams schedule? meant to put another team but accidentally put eachother?

That's possible.

With Monticello closed the 12th was left with three All "A" schools: Burgin, Danville and Somerset. Washington was added to make a fourth. The All "A" does the same with the 6th/7th Louisville regions.

Washington Co. is the 12th for All A. Washington Co. and Danville play in first round of All A baseball in the Spring.

That's a boost for the region. Washington County baseball program is decent and brings much more to the All A region than did Monticello.
