Will they let Coughlin go and hb20.....how long do you want Eli to be the QB? At what point do you search for his replacement?

Eli isn't the problem. I wouldn't give him $20 mil a year but I think they should extend him 3 or 4 more years. Aside from his one really bad game, he's only thrown 6 interceptions all year. He's shown with a good offensive line he can produce in McAdoos offense. They might already have his replacement on the roster in Nassib.

I doubt they fire Coughlin because I think they knew this rebuild would take more than one year.

They need to replace Perry Fewell and upgrade both lines. They could also use help at linebacker, and wide receiver, and safety.

The injuries this year didn't help. Without them I think they have maybe one or two more wins. They have lost Victor Cruz, Jon Beason, Walter Thurmond, Trumaine McBride, Prince Amukamara for the season and have played without Rashad Jennings, Geoff Schwartz, Odell Beckham for several weeks.

I didn't mean it as Eli is the problem. I was just wondering how you felt about him going forward.

The rumblings about Coughlin's job safety are getting louder so I was wondering what you thought of him also.

I think they will stick with Eli for a few more years. I think he has at least 1 more year on his contract after this year. Unless it's a disaster, I think they keep him.

Unless Coughlin retires I think he will be with the Giants next year. Every time I'm ready to fire him they win a super bowl so maybe he deserves one more year lol

FWIW after this weeks pathetic performance against a bad Jaguars team...I'm not sure if Coughlin will be around next year. I know the Giants don't like to change things up, considering they have stuck with Coughlin through tough times before...so I'll just say I won't be surprised either way at this point.

I think we all know how he caught it

Yes, thank goodness for those "tackified"(if that's a word) gloves!

Dude can do it all. I think he played soccer at some point. Jerry Reese has missed on some Giants picks lately, but I think he hit a homer here.

The Giants have 19 players on injured reserve so far.
