Three of T's out-of-state opponents are in their state chanpionship game and the other two are still alive at this stage.

From what I'm hearing of Meade, T had better be ready for a physical game. I think patience will be a virtue in this game.

Let me add a correction. Colerain is out of the playoffs apparently.

When I was a HS freshman Jim Briede (NewCath football and basketball star) and I hitchhiked to Lexington to see the East- West All-Star football game. The game featured Paul Hornung for the West and Gordon McGeehee for the East. There was a huge lineman for the West who dominated much of the game. His name was Vince Lococco. As a Holmes graduate, I am proud to say that McGeeHee scored the winning touchdown. He was drafted a few months later and did not get to play college football at UK, where he had committed. The current VL must be a grandson. I hope he is not a great grandson as I feel old enough already.

Thanks! Damon Lowe is a Junior btw.... Trinity's schedule is really looking incredible right now when you see how all these teams are doing that we played!! Go Rocks!!
Yes, I flip-flopped Lowe and Ervin and their class. Still no information on Meade County stats! The size of their QB will be their doom. He is their chief ball carrier.

You are correct! Vincent Lococo is indeed the grandson. The grandfather was an All-American for Flaget that went to UK and later played in Germany. Paul Hornung's center at Flaget.

I watched the Meade County-Scott County video broadcast by Scott County. I noticed 5 starters and one key reserve played both ways for The Greenwave.

#6 (WR-RB/DB) John Millay is the reserve. The starters included #8 QB/S John Wilson, #25 WR/LB Micah Kaiser, #11 WR-RB/LB Will King, #53 G/DE Charles McGowan, & #75 T/DT Zach Burkey. These folks are all seniors at Meade County. They are talented and hard-nosed. Hopefully the Rocks come to play with the proper attitude.:thumb:

Scott County's Coach McKee should have been flagged for running on the field several times!

He has done that forever and have no idea why the 'Zebra's" don't light him up.

Because certain coaches are treated with way to much deference by the officials in all sports. McKee, Coach is one of them.
