October 29, 201411 yr I never said a thing about the big ten and where any of their teams should be ranked. The big stinks this season that is a known fact. The only two teams from there that deserve a spot is Mich State and Ohio state 23 and 24.

I think Notre Dame should be no lower than 8 right now but I'm not going to sweat it right now. It doesn't matter unless they win out and if they do I have confidence they will be in the top 4. But as a fan I'm not as confident ND wins out.
October 29, 201411 yr Notre Dame # 25 , their soft schedule has done them no favors and they lost to the only good team they have faced.
October 29, 201411 yr Yeah that schedule didn't quite work out for the Irish. Michigan being historically bad and Stanford dropping two league games in the first half of the season definitely wasn't the plan for Notre Dame. They'll have a chance to show their quality with trips to Arizona State and USC still to come. USC has already lost 3 games. I'm not sure that beating them will help ND very much.
