Not to surprised by this score. After watching MNH a few weeks back against Owensboro and last week Murray against Caldwell Co. I felt Murray's overall team speed would be a issue for MNH. Honestly I think MNH is either over valued as the # 4 team in Class 4A or this class is WAY down.

No they were never deserving of that slot at 4. But hey I guess it takes this kind of loss to know more.

Real top 4

1 FTH

2 Owensboro

3 LC

4 Boyle

I'm telling you right now, Murray's a heck of a team. There 3 losses to Graves, Mayfield and Caldwell were all hard fought close games.

Might want to check Khsaa scoreboard before you start bashing and talking about a game that was won by Madisonville 27-15, and should have been 35-6, liked this post better when I called out the geniuses who bashed Madisonville in their earlier post so I'll try again before it gets deleted

Yeah, Madisonville 27 - Murray 15. Madisonville will be strong come playoff time, but undervalue the Maroons all you want to, pretty sure the team likes it that way

No need to get defensive. Great win by MNH then. I thought Murray's speed would be an issue. Was #3 for Murray back this week or was he out this game?

Pretty sure the last two lines of this post give me plenty of reason to defend a bunch of high school kids and a pretty good football team, no #3 didn't play but Murray had to abandon their running game and throw in the second half, one touchdown was a 4th down pass with a blown coverage

I expected mnh to win, they are at the top of 4a

JC. Madisonvilles leading rusher has been out for the second week and madisonville is not backing down. Murray is a big physical team and this was a good win. If you watched the madisonville Owensboro game a few weeks ago then you know madisonville played neck and neck with them and you guys have owensboro rated as possible tie with highlands. Madisonsville has a ton of team speed, don't understand what you have been seeing.

I don't have Owensboro rank with Highlands. To me Highlands is heads a shoulders above the rest of this class that to me is weak. The fact that JC is perceived as the #3 team in Class 4A should say that. I still stand by the fact this class is weaker than in past years.

So Mad'ville won.. I still stand by my statement that Murray's a heck of a 2a team that'll be a tough out in the playoffs..
