I not giving Bobby an slack he was handed a team with a lot of talent and he is a veteran coach. I have not seen any improvement from week to week! I am not happy with no discpline and poor coaching on the little things like field kicks!

Why in the hell would you run the ball there with no timeouts? Why in the hell do you not have a second play called to avoid the spike/loss of down?
