I went with the stats leaders page which only goes up to the 5 games and is updated on Wednesdays I believe. Not that I'm disagreeing with you, your stats for Jaylen are correct through the 6 games. Idk about Hoskins.

 

I really like Hoskins, very tough runner for a smaller guy.

Catholic used to do a very good job of keeping their stats updated through the football team's website but that was done by Coach Engler who is now the Head Coach at Ryle. I hope they start having someone else do it.

Statistic of note:

 

Boyle has only allowed around 1,100 yards offense. That is less than 200 yards a game. The Knights have allowed over 2,100 yards for around 350 yards a game.

 

Boyle County may be the sternest defense the Knights have faced. I would say BG may be a good measure. The Knights had over 400 yards in that game but only 14 points. Yards and points are different. Red zone efficiency remains a concern for the Knights. Moving the ball and punching it in are two different things.

 

Penalties are another concern for the Knights. Most games the Knights have sustained over 100 yards in penalties. Boyle is probably better in this area. So that is other concern.

Would you not want it to rain during the game? Rain means advantage Boyle Co with the ground and pound attack. Where as for LC, if the running game is not clicking, they air it out.. but if its raining, it would be hard to throw.
