Something wrong on the offensive side, but the defense continues to improve.............:jump:

Caldwell County's offense is about as sharp as any HS offense I've seen in a long time. Maybe as good as Highlands the year they set the scoring record. Sindelar was 13 of 15 passing for 313 yards and three TDs. Running game was a non-factor for Caldwell but they really didnt need it.

 

Caldwell played good defense early but started to give up big chunks of yards once they built the lead to 28.

 

Caldwell had six scoring drives in the first half of :43, :08, :22, 1:59, :08, and :42.

 

Trigg and Caldwell have played every year since 1954. It's the first time since 1998 that Caldwell has won consecutive games against Trigg.

 

Maybe the most impressive part about Sindelar's game was afterward. Sindelar has only had to punt three times this year. He shanked two tonight for a total of -1 yards. After the game, he was on the field working on his punting and booming 50 yarders here and there. That's how you get better.

Is something wrong? LOL! We only score 50 points and people think something is wrong. We scored 35 in the 1st quarter! And then the second string started coming in. There is nothing wrong other than Elijah needs to work on his punting.
