I saw on twitter that Dave Wheeler is going to be the next coach at Russell.

What is Dave Wheeler's Coaching background?

Big bucket head Dave Wheeler who graduated from Lawrence Co., played at Morehead St., and played briefly in the Reds organization?

If that's the guy, Love him, and he'll do a great job.

Oh yeah........bucket head Dave Wheeler.........don't know him.......ha!!!

I've confirmed it was him. He's spent several years giving hitting instruction and his daughter Taylor who just graduated from Boyd should be evidence of that. He knows how to prepare and will hold the kids to a high standard. I wish him well.

good hire . Should guide the program well.

Met him while I was at LC. Good guy. Wish him the best!
